Cara Cahdras

Deep in the hot, unforgiving heart of the Dragon's Spine lies a small city that exists only on the fringes of others' knowledge. A city that shouldn't exist. A home for the outcasts, the evil, the ones who still cling to magical power and the love of their arcane god. This is Cara Cahdras. A disheveled city with houses made of boards and streets filled with hooded men and women. The greatest sight though, is not only its gargantuan wall, but the elaborate temple to their god that lies in the most fortified part of the city. From there, the Philosopher and the Oracle commune with their deity through sacred rituals and prayers. The city holds its head high against the hatred of the science-based, outside peoples, resolved to stand firm in the belief that their god and their magic can save the world.
